E-mail settings

On the E-mail settings screen, you can specify who should receive an e-mail message if Active SMART detects that a drive has exceeded your critical or warning threshold settings.

Select the e-mail server you want to send the message in the SMTP server field. In the Recipients field, enter the full e-mail addresses of anyone who should be notified if Active SMART detects a problem in one or more of your disk drives. If you enter multiple recipients, separate their addresses by a comma. In the Sender field, enter the e-mail address that will appear in the From field of the message.

You can click the Test button to send a test message to your selected recipient(s).
